We respect your privacy. We do not ask you for personal information except where you choose to give it: by submitting one of the three forms on this website, or by writing to us directly. Each form collects only the fields it displays:

• The enquiry form on the home page asks for your name, work email, company and role, the challenge area your enquiry is about, and an optional free-text detail.
• The form on the contact page asks for your full name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, company and the service you are interested in.
• The application form on the careers page asks for your name, email address, the position you are applying for and a link to your Credly profile, and optionally your phone number and whatever you would like to tell us about yourself.

We use what you send to reply to your enquiry or to assess your application, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of an enquiry. Submissions are transmitted to a form-processing endpoint built on Google Apps Script, which records them so that our team can respond.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or session-tracking technologies, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive — there is nothing to consent to.

Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server, and a web server records standard technical information as part of normal operation and security: the IP address a request came from, the browser and device type reported by that request, the pages requested, and the date and time.

We may display the names and images of our employees on this website for informational purposes only.

To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
